The NextPersona Program

From expert to owner, in eight weeks

Turn your expertise into an online business.

You’ve spent years becoming the expert. In eight weeks we build it together, with AI, and you leave with your expertise running as a business that exists online — packaged, priced, live, and with traffic running.

Not ready to apply? Start with the free workshop →

eight weeks  ·  three 1:1 sessions with Diana  ·  a group call every week  ·  funnel and ads live by the end  ·  open now, start as soon as you’re accepted  ·  about 1.5 hours of your time a week  ·  $1,000  ·  by application

The stakes

The expertise was never the problem.

You're already good enough that people pay you. That part is settled. What isn't settled is everything around it. Clients arrive because somebody remembered you, or referred you, or found you by accident. Some months are good and you can't say why. Some months are quiet and you can't say why either.

You've watched people with half your depth build something steadier — not because they knew more, but because they built a system while you've been building a client list one conversation at a time.

That part is learnable. In eight weeks, we build it together.

Client stories

Three people. Three doubts. One program.

Each one was good at their work but had no way to turn it into clients. With AI, they built that in weeks. Here is their story, and what we built.

Story 01

“I’m good at my job, but I have nothing to sell”

Anne WhitfieldHR manager for 10 years. Austin, Texas

“AI can write a CV in a minute. It can’t tell you what a hiring manager thinks after you leave the room.”

First paying client in week four

Story 02

“I already tried, it doesn’t work for me”

Daniel MoreauFreelance financial analyst, 10 years in banking and retail. Amsterdam, Netherlands

“I posted for eight months. Other analysts liked my posts. None of them were buying.”

Three monthly clients within two months

Story 03

“I’m great at my work, but I don’t know how to get clients”

Karim HaddadCorporate trainer, 13 years. Dubai, UAE

“I can walk into a room of fifty managers and hold it for six hours. I could not tell you how a stranger would find me.”

First direct booking, no agency, in week six

Names and some personal details are changed for privacy.

Why now

Generic expertise is getting cheaper every month.

What isn’t: a name, a reputation, and judgment someone pays you for directly.

Ten years ago, building a business around what you know took a team, a budget and a year. I know — I ran those teams.

Now it takes you, a few weeks, and AI doing what the team used to.

What changed

The same work. A fraction of the time.

Positioning
ThenAgency workshop, 2 weeks
Now20 minutes with Claude
Sales page
ThenCopywriter + designer, 3 weeks
NowAn afternoon
Email sequence
ThenA week of back and forth
NowAn hour
Content
ThenA team, every week
NowOne session, a week of posts

That is the whole reason eight weeks is enough. You do the thinking. AI does the production.

Before and after

Where you start. Where you finish.

You arrive with expertise that earns you nothing on its own. You leave with it running as a business — packaged, priced, online, and selling.

Today

  • What you own: skills, with nothing built around them
  • What it earns: nothing on its own
  • Where it lives: in your head, and on a CV
  • Where clients come from: referrals, luck, a recruiter

In eight weeks

  • What you own: a business that is yours
  • What it earns: you’re paid directly for what you know
  • Where it lives: an offer, a site and a funnel, live
  • Where clients come from: traffic you turn on

This isn't a course you finish. It's a business you start.

The math

Do the math before you decide.

Having this built for you by an agency costs several thousand and leaves you unable to change it without going back to them. Figuring it out alone is free and takes most people a year, if they finish at all. This is eight weeks, built with someone who did this at company scale for a decade — and you keep the skill, not just the files.

One client from the business you build here returns it. Everything after that is the business paying you back for the rest of its life.

$1,000

Investment — once.

8 weeks

What it buys — the modules, a group call every week, three 1:1 sessions with me, and every template and system, built with you.

1

Payback — one client.

This is the difference between buying another course and building an asset. Courses cost money. Assets return it.

Fit

This is for a specific person.

This is for you if

  • You’re deep into a career, not at the start of one — a senior professional, consultant, coach or specialist with years of knowing something properly
  • You’re done pouring it into someone else’s company, and you want something of your own — ownership, not a side hustle
  • You already run a business but have no funnel — you skip the packaging, and your personal brand becomes the traffic source for the business you have
  • You want a system that brings clients in, not another certificate
  • You can give it about 1.5 hours a week, plus an ad budget of $300–500 a month

This is not for you if

  • You’re just starting out and there’s nothing to package yet — the free workshop is the right place to begin
  • You’re looking for another job
  • You want it fully done for you with no involvement — that's a different door
  • You're looking for overnight, effortless, or hands-off

The method

Package. Position. Presence. Sell.

Two parts. Define is the thinking — nothing gets built until it’s settled. Execute is the building — where it becomes real. It's what I did for multinationals for 10 years, now turned on your expertise, with you, step by step, with Claude beside you the whole way.

01

PACKAGE

Everything you already know, shaped into one sellable thing — a program, a service, a workshop or a community. Its contents, the outcome it promises, the delivery format, and the price.

02

POSITION

A positioning statement, one core message, a defined audience and a brand voice — and a clear answer to what it is, who it’s for, and why you.

03

PRESENCE

Every social profile rewritten to the positioning, a personal brand website so you’re found and recognised online, a funnel landing page, and a content strategy that says what to post and why.

04

SELL

Meta ads written, campaigns set up, traffic running — the funnel live and taking people through it. Organic content runs alongside as proof and trust, and compounds over time. Paid is what makes traffic arrive now.

Running underneath all of it

The machine that keeps working after the eight weeks

Outreach

Who to contact, and what to say

Your list, your messages, and a rhythm for doing it.

Automations

The follow-up that doesn’t need you

The follow-up and the admin, running on their own.

Database and email list

Nobody who shows interest gets lost

Every person who shows interest, kept and reachable.

The journey

The curriculum, week by week.

Eight weeks. Something shipped every week. You watch the module, build it in about 1.5 hours, and bring it to the group call, where the work is checked. One to one with me at the three moments that decide it.

Start · Week 0

The build decided

Week 0 · 1:1

Strategy session

One to one with me. What we are building, before anything is made.

Ship: the build decided.

Package · Weeks 1–2

From everything you know to one thing people can buy

Week 1

The one thing

Finding the sellable thing inside everything you know, and which of four shapes it takes.

Ship: one offer defined.
Week 2

Price and shape

Pricing from value and market. Delivery format. Where the scope ends.

Ship: price, format and contents.

Position · Weeks 3–4

From an offer to a message you can repeat for years

Week 3

One person

Narrowing to one buyer. The belief that is costing them. The message you repeat for years.

Ship: audience, positioning and message.
Week 4

Voice

Saying what it is, who it’s for and why you — without sounding like the category.

Ship: voice rules and offer copy.
Week 4 · 1:1

Positioning review

One to one with me. The offer and the message signed off before anything gets built on top of them.

Ship: Define signed off.

Build · Weeks 5–6

From a message to a presence, a site and a funnel

Week 5

Presence

What a profile does in nine seconds. Then your Claude workspace, and the content agent that drafts in your voice.

Week 6

Site and funnel

What a site needs and what it doesn’t. The one-page funnel, and the automations wiring it to your database.

Ship: site, funnel, capture and automations live.

Sell · Weeks 7–8

From a funnel to traffic, and a system that runs it

Week 7

Traffic on

How a cold ad works on Meta. One offer, one audience. What to read in week one.

Ship: creative written, campaign running.
Week 8

The system

The outreach agent, the follow-up, and the reporting that reads your numbers each week without you.

Ship: outreach and reporting agents running.
Week 8 · 1:1

Results review

One to one with me. The numbers read together, the system adjusted.

Ship: adjusted and handed over.

After · The Growth Room

The program ends. The adjusting doesn’t.

Everyone moves into The Growth Room at week eight. The first month is included; after that it’s $100 a month.

What’s guaranteed

  • A finished system, live, with traffic running.

What isn’t

  • A first sale. Nobody can honestly promise that.

The agents

Five agents, running by week eight.

The part that keeps working when you don’t. You set each one up yourself, on the guide, with your work checked on the call.

  • Claude workspace — loaded with your offer, voice and audience. Everything else runs on top of it. Week 5
  • Content agent — drafts posts in your voice, to the plan. A month in one session. Week 5
  • Funnel automations — capture, confirmation, reminders, and every lead landing in your database. Week 6
  • Outreach agent — writes and paces first messages to the right people. Week 8
  • Reporting agent — reads your numbers weekly and says what to change. Week 8

What you get

Not just calls with me. A whole system behind them.

The vault

Every system I run

The systems already working across industries — for outreach, for sales, and every step in between. Every module, template and guide is yours forever once you finish, including everything added later.

The training

Video training for every step

Prerecorded modules with a clear workflow for all eight weeks. I show you how to implement every single step, so nothing is left to guesswork.

The calls

A group call every week, and three 1:1s

Same hour each week, where your work is checked. One to one with me at week 0 for strategy, week 4 to sign off your offer and message, and week 8 to read the results.

You build it, I direct it.

The templates

You’re not starting from a blank page

Every stage has a template behind it. Not swipe files from the internet — the actual systems I run, handed over and filled in with you on the call.

  • Your offer — a structure that’s already worked, filled in with what you know
  • Your price — a model to pressure-test against, not a guess
  • Your positioning — the statement, the core message, the audience and the voice
  • Your profiles — rewritten against a structure, not a blank box
  • Your website and funnel page — built to your words rather than designed from scratch
  • Your ads — the copy written and the campaign set up on the call
  • Your emails — the sequence written, ready to load
  • Your content — a strategy, a prompt library, and a system that produces a month in one session
  • Your outreach — the list and the messages, written in your voice
  • Your Claude workspace — set up with your offer, your voice and your audience inside it

Setup is plug and play. The thinking is the part we do together, because that’s the part nobody can hand you.

Included, and not

I build nothing for you. I hand over how it’s done.

So you leave owning the business and knowing how to change it. Here is exactly where the line sits.

What comes after

The Growth Room

The eight weeks end with a business that’s live. The Growth Room is where everyone goes next — my membership, $100 a month, with the first month included in the program, where the system keeps being adjusted and keeps growing.

The community

The room itself

Other people at the same stage, building the same way.

Every two weeks

A group call

Your work reviewed, problems unblocked.

Between calls

Access to me

Questions answered inside the room.

Added continuously

New material

New agents, new tools, new playbooks as they appear.

The vault is yours forever once you finish the eight weeks, including everything added later — whether you stay or not. If you leave, you keep the vault. You lose the room, the calls and access to me. The $100 buys people, not files.

The outcome

By the end, you don't have notes. You have a business.

What these eight weeks are built to get you: your expertise turned into a business that exists online — finished, live, and with traffic running. Everything below is what it takes to get there.

  • A packaged offer — contents, outcome, delivery format and price
  • Your positioning — one core message, a defined audience and a brand voice
  • Every profile rewritten, a personal brand website, and a funnel landing page
  • Your ads written and campaigns running, with traffic going through the funnel
  • A content strategy that runs on Claude, not on willpower
  • An outreach routine — your list, your messages, a rhythm for doing it
  • Automations and an email list, so everyone who shows interest is kept and reachable
  • Your Claude workspace, set up with your offer, your voice and your audience — plus the prompt library I use with clients
  • The skill to run it, and change it yourself

The format

How the NextPersona Program runs

Modules

Prerecorded

Watched before the call, in your own time.

Group call

Same hour each week

Where the work is checked, and recorded if you can’t make it. You build it, I direct it.

Templates

One behind every week

The systems actually in use, not swipe files.

Your time

About 1.5 hours of building

Built to run alongside a full-time job.

Plus three 1:1 sessions with me: strategy at week 0, positioning sign-off at week 4, results review at week 8.

Application only. I take a small number at a time, so I stay hands-on and only work with people I'm confident I can get results for.

Why me

I'm not teaching theory. I'm handing you my system.

Diana Felkina Diana Felkina · CMO, 10 years

Ten years running marketing for multinationals — 7-figure campaigns, real revenue, teams built from nothing. Then I turned the same system on myself — building my own business in public, on exactly what I'll build with you.

Most people teaching this have only ever sold "how to sell this." I ran marketing at the highest level first. I know what marketing is for — and I know how to make AI do it. They teach a system built before the tools existed. I rebuilt mine around them. That combination is the whole reason this works.

Everyone else will teach you to post. Here you build the funnel and turn the traffic on — with me directing it, because the funnel, the ads and the traffic are the part I’ve run at company scale.

The investment

The investment

It's an investment in a business you'll still be running years from now, not a course you forget you bought.

Questions

The honest answers

Do I need to know AI?

No. If you can write an email, you can do this. Every step is shown on screen in the modules — you watch it done, then you do it, and the weekly call fixes what didn’t work.

Which tools, and what do they cost?

Claude Pro, about $20 a month. For your site, a domain and hosting. For the funnel automations and your email list, a CRM such as GoHighLevel. Then the ad budget: plan for $300–500 a month on Meta, spent on your own ad account — that's what turns the traffic on. No surprise costs in week four.

How much time per week?

The weekly group call, plus about 1.5 hours of building. That's it.

Can I do this with a full-time job?

Yes. The modules are prerecorded, so you build when it suits you — about 1.5 hours a week, which fits in an evening — and bring it to the weekly group call, which is the same hour every week.

What if I miss a session?

Every group call is recorded, so you can watch it back. The modules are prerecorded too, so nothing runs ahead of you. Bring your work to the next weekly call.

When can I start?

As soon as you're accepted. Enrolment is always open, so there's no start date — you begin with your strategy session.

Do you build it for me?

No. I build nothing for you; I hand over how it's done. It's built with you — set up on the call, with the training showing you every step and the templates doing the heavy lifting — and you leave knowing how it works so you can change it yourself. If you'd rather it was built for you, that's a different conversation and I'll point you to it on the call.

I already run a business. Is this for me?

Yes, if it has no funnel. You skip the packaging stage, and your personal brand becomes the traffic source for the business you already have.

How is this different from a course?

A course hands you videos and wishes you luck. This is eight weeks of building with me reviewing it every week, where you leave with an actual business — offer, presence, a live funnel, and traffic running.

What happens after the eight weeks?

At week eight the program ends and you move into The Growth Room, my membership. Your first month is included; after that it’s $100 a month: the community, a group call every two weeks, access to me between calls, and new material as it lands. The vault is yours forever either way, including everything added later.

Will I really make my investment back?

One client from the business you build earns it back, and you'll build the system to find more. There are no income guarantees — what you get is my system and my hands-on help; the results follow the work.

Is there a guarantee?

What's guaranteed is a finished system, live, with traffic running. What isn't is a first sale — nobody can honestly promise that. This is hands-on with limited spots and my direct time, so it isn't a click-to-refund product. That's exactly why there's an application — I only take people I believe I can help.

The NextPersona Program · Story 01

“I’m good at my job, but I have nothing to sell”

Anne WhitfieldHR manager for 10 years. Austin, Texas

The story

Anne has spent ten years hiring people, from warehouse workers to finance managers. Friends kept sending her their CVs, and she fixed them on weekends for free.

Then AI arrived. Now anyone can make a polished CV in a minute, so every CV looks good and the hard part is the interview. What her friends needed was someone who has hired people to tell them honestly how they come across.

Anne knew how to do that. She just never thought of it as something she could sell.

“AI can write a CV in a minute. It can’t tell you what a hiring manager thinks after you leave the room.”

What we built

Package

Two ways to work with her. A live group workshop on how to present yourself (CV, LinkedIn and interviews) for $49 a seat. Or three one-to-one sessions, including a practice interview with honest feedback, for $390.

Position

For people with solid experience who get interviews but no job offers. Her profile and a one-page offer say exactly that.

Sell

One post a week about what hiring managers notice in applications written with AI. Plus 15 messages a week to people she knows who are job hunting. She drafts both with Claude and edits them herself.

Where they are now

She spoke to her first people in week two and had her first paying client in week four. Now she has about six clients a month next to her job, around $2,000 extra. AI saves her prep time. People pay for her honest feedback.

  • Group workshop, $49 a seat
  • Practice interview, $150
  • Three-session package, $390
“I thought I had no business idea. I had been doing it for free for ten years.”

The NextPersona Program · Story 02

“I already tried, it doesn’t work for me”

Daniel MoreauFreelance financial analyst, 10 years in banking and retail. Amsterdam, Netherlands

The story

Daniel lost his job when his company cut staff, so he started working for himself as a financial analyst.

For eight months he posted finance tips every week. About 1,100 people followed him, but they were mostly former colleagues and recruiters, and none of them hired him.

He decided LinkedIn doesn’t work for finance people. The real problem was who he was talking to.

“I posted for eight months. Other analysts liked my posts. None of them were buying.”

What we built

Package

A monthly money report for small online shops: how much cash they have and how much they really earn after costs. He prepares it with AI from the owner’s sales data, checks it himself, and goes through it on a call. $1,200 to set up, then $600 a month.

Position

For owners of online shops making $30K to $300K a month. They can see their sales but not their profit. His page speaks to them, not to other analysts.

Sell

A list of 40 shop owners and ten messages he wrote by hand. Then one post a week showing a sample report with made-up numbers.

Where they are now

Within two months, three shop owners were paying him every month. He now has about four conversations a week that he did not have to chase.

  • Report set-up, $1,200
  • Monthly report, $600
  • Money template, $79
“I was talking to analysts, and I should have been talking to shop owners.”

The NextPersona Program · Story 03

“I’m great at my work, but I don’t know how to get clients”

Karim HaddadCorporate trainer, 13 years. Dubai, UAE

The story

Karim has trained teams at companies for 13 years, first at a telecom company, then on his own.

After he went freelance, most of his work came through two training agencies, and they keep about 40 percent of what the client pays. Some months were full and some were empty. He had never sold anything under his own name.

He believed trainers only get work through agencies, so he didn’t think there was anything to build himself.

“I can walk into a room of fifty managers and hold it for six hours. I could not tell you how a stranger would find me.”

What we built

Package

One half-day workshop on one clear topic: giving feedback and handling difficult conversations. He also made a short video lesson from his own exercises, with AI, that people watch before the workshop.

Position

For managers and team leaders at companies with 50 to 500 employees. The people who book training work in HR, so he speaks to them.

Sell

One post a week from exercises he already runs, drafted with AI. Plus 15 messages a week to HR managers.

Where they are now

His first workshop booked directly, with no agency, came in week six. He also runs a small online group for new managers. Agency work is now under half of his income.

  • Half-day workshop, $2,400
  • Manager group, $390 a seat
  • Video lesson, $129
